"At Permanent Makeup & More by Karen Cheaney value and appreciate your time. My success depends on you showing up for your scheduled appointment. When you fail to call to cancel your appointment or don’t show up it causes me to lose valuable time and money. That is why there is a 15% of total service fee to hold your appointment. This fee goes toward your total at the end of service. This fee in non-refundable.

CANCELLING

CANCELING - If you are unable to keep your appointment, you need to call 48-hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. If you have extenuating circumstances after the 48-hour window, please call me as soon as possible to avoid charges. There are many ways to cancel your appointment – on my website, www.PermanentMakeupbyKarenCheaney.com or you can call 812.483.3347. Please read the definition below of a no show.

1st Time - You will forfeit any deposit to hold your appointment and will have to prepay for the appointment in advance of rescheduling.

2nd Time - You forfeit any and all prepaid funds or monies you have paid and will no longer be eligible to be a client of Permanent Makeup & More by Karen Cheaney.
